I’ve received notes from a few followers wondering if I’m withering away on protein. The answer is, no, not at all! I’ve been enjoying fantastic tasty foods that I truly look forward to eating daily. Shrimp, steak, cheeseburgers, bacon, sausage, pimento cheese, olives with cheese, and the list just goes on and on. And then there is the best-Marinated Flank Steak I have ever put into my mouth!
Marinated Flank Steak has been my favorite since 2007 when Tony and I were on the South Beach Diet –It is marinated in vinegar, capers, oregano, garlic, and onion and has a great flavor that pairs deliciously well with cauliflower mashed potatoes!
